Over the years, we have equipped ourselves with the right team and tools to be able to serve your OEM needs without any hassles. We have a complete sheet metal shop including over 15 press machines, 2 CNC machines, Laithe Machine, Automatic Spinning machine, a Pressure dye casting machine, Multiple drill machines etc. We are also equipped with a complete in-house polishing set up to ensure base material quality. We also have 2 in house heat ovens which allows for in-house controlled spray paint finish. Most of our team have been with us for over 10 years and are hence, very experienced in the industry.

research design dvelopment

We are proud to be able to fulfil the process all the from an initial concept to the final packaged product ready to ship. Our team of 2D and 3D designers help us visualise the initial product design by developing accurate and appealing shop drawings. Our R&D team then takes over and creates prototypes which are as close to the drawing as possible. Once the prototypes are approved, the design is shifted to our production team along with complete quality parameters being set for the said product.

packaging

Being in the design industry, a lot of products that we make are fragile in nature and thus after a lot of hit and trial, we have ended up with an efficient and cost effective packaging solution. All our products are packaged in a thermocol cavity designed specifically for that product by our packaging engineers. The corrugation are made using automatic sheets and are a minimum of 7 ply for smaller boxes goes upto 10 ply for bigger products. All our packaging material go through a rigorous quality check: Burst Strength, Wetness Test and a before dispatch : Drop Test as per international standards.

As an OEM supplier, we take quality of our products very seriously before and after the products have been dispatched. We are thorough in our quality checks and keep up with industry leading quality standards. All our test have defined parameters and our trained team execute it to ensure any lapses despite the quantity. Some of the tests include: High volt test, Surge test, glow test, aesthetic test, bubble test etc. Our clients perform quarterly audits at our facility to ensure the same. All our lots go through a pre dispatch inspection to ensure no errors. A strict IQC, PQC and OQC regime ensure the finest of products reach the end user.
